This workout takes the key benefits of Pilates, yoga, ballet, isometric exercises and resistance training and squeezes them into a super-convenient, high-intensity one hour workout. This workout, inspired by Tracy Effinger,is all about boosting confidence through building fitness. Tracy has designed an effective and fun routine that creates lean, tight muscles without bulk, and increases cardiovascular endurance, posture and flexibility.
